Wellbeing Week: Wellness Wednesday

Wellness Wednesday focused on looking after our bodies and minds through fun, movement, creativity, and kindness.
Highlights included a high-energy Danceathon in the hall, where children from all classes enjoyed dancing along to fun routines on the big screen. Junior Infants also had a special Stay and Play session. Thanks to all the parents and grandparents who came along to our coffee morning.

Pupils got the chance to express their feelings through the Worry Monster Box, and practiced calm and focus with yoga tutorials. The day encouraged kindness through Secret Friend activities and random acts of kindness, while stories from the Kindfully Me series helped explore empathy and caring.
Overall, it was a joyful day of movement, mindfulness, and mental wellbeing!
