Our 4th Classes have been really enjoying their visits from Lenny the therapy dog and his handler Cindy. Lenny is as calm and friendly as they come and he happily interacts with the children while Cindy chats with them about feelings, tells stories and shows them simple breathing and calming tricks. The learners love having Lenny in the room as he brings a great sense of ease and a bit of fun as well.
A big thank you to Cindy for all her work with the classes and to Lenny for being such a gentle comforting presence every time he trots through the door.
