Our 4th class boys had a fantastic day at the Rugby Blitz held in the High School, Clonmel. The event was a wonderful opportunity for the boys to enjoy tag rugby in a fun, inclusive and well-organised setting.
A big thank you to Joe Sheehan (Clonmel Rugby Club) and Brendan Mullan (High School, Clonmel) for organising the blitz. The High School students provided excellent support through their refereeing and coaching, and the referees from Clonmel Rugby Club also played a key role in the smooth running of the day.
Thanks to the boys from 5th Class who accompanied us and showed great mentorship and leadership skills to the 4th Class boys throughout the event.
Congratulations to Keelan Joyce who was awarded a Munster Rugby jersey for his outstanding sportsmanship, support for his fellow players and impressive skills on the pitch.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable experience for all involved. Well done to everyone!
