Ms. O' Mahoney's 2nd Class have been learning all about Space!
We have learned about what life is like living in the International Space Station (ISS) with astronaut Chris Hadfield.
In our Science lesson, we experimented with rockets made from paper and used plastic straws to launch them into the air. We imagined what life would be like if we lived on the moon and decided to create our own rockets. Our construction skills were put to the test trying to make our rockets from the materials we had in our class.
