Ms. O’Keeffe’s and Ms. Lonergan’s Senior Infants had a fantastic Pancake Tuesday! The children loved decorating their pancakes and choosing their favourite tasty toppings. They also read ‘The Runaway Pancake’ Story and sang a lovely pancake rhyme. A day full of smiles!
