Junior Infants had such fun on Pancake Tuesday, full of smiles and cheer,
We learned a lovely pancake poem and said it loud and clear.
We mixed and flipped and watched them cook, all golden, warm, and round,
The yummiest smell of pancakes drifting sweetly all around.
We decorated ours with care — chocolate, fruit, and sprinkles bright,
Marshmallows, honey, syrup too — what a tasty sight!
Sticky fingers, happy faces, laughter filled the room,
A perfect Pancake Tuesday day in Junior Infants’ bloom.
