Ms.Guiry's class took part in a pilot programme called Bytesize, developed by Microsoft DreamSpace and supported by Research Ireland. Bytesize focused on problem-solving, attention to detail, pattern recognition, and step-by-step instructions, along with a gentle introduction to coding.
The programme included fun, interactive activities such as making keys, pixel art, and origami.
A big thank you to Alice Rose,a Junior Achievement Ireland volunteer, for leading the sessions and making the experience so engaging and enjoyable for the children.
