Third Class had great fun using geoboards to explore 2D shapes this week! The children used elastic bands to create a variety of shapes such as triangles, rectangles, and hexagons. They investigated the number of sides and corners, compared different shapes, and discovered how shapes can change when stretched or rotated. It was a hands-on, creative way to learn about geometry!
