A Special Message for our Peace Proms Choir 2026

I want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you for the months of work and preparations that culminated in an incredible final performance. The concerts so far have been the best ever. The children have been absolutely incredible - singing and dancing their hearts out and bringing every song to life like never before. The energy, the smiles on stage, the confidence and joy, the precision of the choreography - it’s been ‘next-level’ astonishing. And that’s all thanks to you, the teachers, who have inspired and taught the children, and organised everything so brilliantly.

 

I hope you’re hearing the same feedback from parents as we are - especially those experiencing Peace Proms for the first time - they are blown away! I hope you are getting the huge credit you deserve for going above and beyond.

The signing in Courage to Change seems to have really resonated with everyone – it was hugely powerful. Not to mention Roar, the incredible finale Good Things Grow, and everything in between. The voices of “billions of beautiful hearts” on stage along with the orchestra, is breathtaking. 

We have now passed the half-way mark in our Peace Proms 2026 concert series and with the end in sight, we are all a little bit gutted because it so good, we just don’t want it to end. From all of us - performers, volunteers, and the Peace Proms team - thank you for your incredible support, energy, and dedication. You’ve made this year unforgettable, and we can’t wait to see you back next year for even more magic!"
