Letter from 2nd class teachers
Hi Everyone,
We hope you are all keeping safe and well.
It was lovely to hear from so many of you this week and we are so impressed by your beautiful work. Please continue to email us as you have been doing as we love to hear from you. SESE- Over the next 3weeks, we would like you to focus on creating a project. Just like we have been doing in class during Genius Hour on
our i-pads, we would like you to research a country of your choice under the following headings.
1. Capital City
2. Language
3. Currency
4. Population
5. Flag
6. Famous Landmarks
7. Food
8. Interesting Facts
Your project can include written work, pictures or even some photos of the country if you have ever visited there before or have relations living there.
Click on the document to see a lovely story written by a second class student, Hannah Joy Crotty called “Winter’s Tail” if you would like to give it a read.
Missing You,
Mrs. Fitzgerald
